Before You Submit

All student organization meetings, events, fundraisers, and travel activities must be approved by Student Life before they take place.

Submit this form at least 14 business days before your event.
14 business days means 14 days MCC is open. Weekends, holidays, and campus closures do not count.
Events are not approved until confirmation is received from Student Life.
Student organizations should discuss event plans with their advisor(s) before submitting.
