Student Organization Active Status Application

This form must be completed annually by all student organizations seeking to maintain or obtain active status at MCC.

Before submitting, ensure:

At least two student members/officers have completed Student Organization Training.
All advisors have completed Student Organization Training.
Your organization has reviewed the Risk Management materials with its members.
Required documents are ready to upload.
